We've noticed a huge increase in rants and negative posts that revolve around agencies going to encryption due to the broadcasting of scanner audio on the internet. It's now worn out and continues to be the same recycled rants. These rants hijack the threads and derail the conversation. They no longer have a place anywhere on this forum other than in the designated threads in the Rants forum in the Tavern.

It's the time of the year when I go up north to West Branch for a week.

I rarely venture there otherwise, which is why I ask this question annually. The MPSCS system shows Ogemaw County being on it, with several talkgroups... have they switched over yet, or is everything as it's always been... on VHF?

Also, is West Branch dispatched by the county, or do they have thier own frequencies and PLs that simply arent' listed?
