2nd alarm dwelling fire - Northeast Baltimore City - Fair Oaks Ave - units arrived and had fire showing on side C - BC4 requests 'working fire" dispatch - sounded evac tones and then requested 2nd alarm. Wires down in the backyard (side C) hampering firefighting efforts. At least 1 firefighter injured and transported to the hospital.
Still heavy fire in the 2nd floor - establishing a collapse zone....
