Since you're posting in the nationwide Federal forum, not a local NY forum, please refrain from using acronyms or abbreviations in the thread title. Not everyone reading is going to know what "BNL" refers to, so as a courtesy to others, spell out Brookhaven National Laboratory. This was already brought up in your previous BNL thread.

If you believe this is another Brookhaven National Lab freq, it'd be easier for people to keep track of them if you continued in the same post as your last one, rather than create another.

Now to see if it is simplex or you find a corresponding Repeater output or determine it maybe an image of the
existing $141 channels of (171.9750R / 167.6875) in or a change to the input as 167 was the long ago rumored input
