ANOTHER CONTROL CHANNEL ON SCOTT COUNTY TRS?

sunday afternoon, much to my delight, i started hearing another control channel on the scott county trs... just wondering if anyone else has heard it on 857.96250?
(this freq is licensed but heretofore has not been used in the freq mix...)

has anyoine heard any hints on the existing system about additions or anything like that?

anyone listening to the scott county trs today.... i have picked up two new tg's that sound like georgetown pd but don't know what they are for yet..... with the festival of the horse and the pile-up on 75 seems those folks are strapped right now....
