another frequency

Once again very Early friday morning like 1:30am i was listen to the scanenr and heard 39.040 key up. it sounded like a radio station because it was music playing and people talking but it would only stay on for a few seconds. It kept coming on for several seconds at a time. i didnt think that this freqeuncy was a radio or TV freq. Anyone have any info on this.




off topic i seem to be posting alot i hope im not getting on anyones nerves.

Two possibilities exist; one is that someone sat on or otherwise jammed their microphone on, and had a broadcast radio turned on nearby, or you got a little mixing product from a local broadcast station.
