Another halton question

Weird but I can't get Milton to come In worth beans anymore , it seems they have done something with the towers as before in oakville I was having trouble with burlingtons reception, but now both Burlington and oakville are full bars and Milton nada.
It's not my setup just curious if anyone else noticed this
