Another IC-R8600 question

Hello all,

On the IC-6800 , you have to push on Dial B to get the Sqelch, , RF Gain, Treble and Bass menu. The menu stays on for about 5 second and then it goes away. Is there a way to have this menu to stay on longer ?

Pretty sure there is not a setting for that pop-up duration. If you keep adjusting the knob, it will stay on the screen.

Try pushing it again. As I recall it toggles ON & OFF.

I looked in the manual and i did not see anything to adjust that. I don't mind about treble, bass and RF gain, but the squelch should be accessible without pushing buttons or going into some menu.
