Another New KSICS Talkgroup

Been picking up talkgroup 1271 on the Buffalo tower this afternoon. Radio IDs were 19581 and 19575. They were talking about weapons training and teaching classes. Any ideas?

I was going to submit this one if I heard it again. I heard some KBI agents that work on the HRT (SWAT) team using it last week. They were talking about getting their radios reprogramed and called it NorthEast 1. They were on their way to a callout and talking to each other across the state as they went there.

I heard the same thing but I thought they said something aout DEU1 or something like that too.
