Good catch.

That same frequency was used at one time by the TSA at DFW airport as "Coordination Center". I haven't heard it there recently.

I'm in NW Arkansas and got a hit on this one today; same frequency, same NAC but didn't sound like TSA. Nearly an hour of surveillance at a house and tracking a vehicle on I-10 westbound at exit 46D (that's near Gulf Port, MS). At one point, someone came up on freq and identified as "the Fort Smith office" and asked who was operating on this net. Reply said they were from the Gulf Port, Mississippi, office. All signals were full-quieting at my location near Springdale.

Seems like a band opening getting into the NW Arkansas repeater (which may explain it being heard in Joplin before). But, what agency?

In the "For what it is worth" department, DHS/ICE uses 170.3375 in Little Rock. Looks like Treasury, DHS, and Justice JWN (western US) are the primary users of this freq. Note: Still showing that TSA assignment at DFW.

When I was last at XNA in February, I confirmed TSA on 163.7750 and 172.150 MHz. I think that it was a NAC of $C00, but I can't find my notes... :-(

163.7750 is the commonly used input to 172.1500 for TSA

172.9000 R / 163.8500 - Airport wide Ops
169.2625 S - Terminal C Ops
169.1625 S - Terminal ? Ops
all using $076
