I own a BCD996T, which I origionally programmed manually, due to a lack of software for my iMac. I recently obtained a used Compaq laptop running Windows XP, for radio purposes only, downloaded BC Tool and completely reprogrammed the 996 exactly as I wanted it.

One problem, I accidently erased the preprogrammed “Nationwide” frequencies ... anyone know of a listing showing the details. I would really like to reconstruct it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks ....

Also, if you do a master reset on your scanner, as it is coming back up, it will ask you if you want to restore the pre-set frequencies. Naturally, BEWARE that if you do choose the master reset, you will lose EVERYTHING currently programmed, so make sure that you already have a back up of all your data.
