It looks like the current feed provider took the Omaha Police feed down because they're trying to remedy the reception issue. The primary obstacle with this stuff is having enough extra equipment and internet bandwidth to provide a reliable feed 24/7. Not everyone has the resources.

I hope you're right. I'm not sure if he's working on it, or it that's the default message that goes up when it goes down. Keeping my fingers crossed.
