Brian Carrigan, a firefighter with the Belmont (Gaston Co) and Charlotte Fire Departments, died unexpectedly Tuesday.
A small procession ... a Belmont engine and 2 Charlotte engines, led by a Belmont police car with a Charlotte Fire supervisor's car at the rear, left Gaston Memorial Hospital early Wednesday afternoon. I presume they were heading back to Belmont.
