Displays PL, DPL and DTMF tones read from the scanner attached to them. They operate very simply, connected to the discriminator of the radio they site there and just display any tones detected.wogggieee said:What does the CSI CD-1 Decode do?

After you retire, you can open up a shack consulting busines! You are very, very good at organizing radios, with user friendly ergonomics. Fantastic!

The 4 BC15's set up for Fire Tones stay silent until a call goes out. They replaced old Plectrons, and are actually cheaper to buy than it is to obtain a Plectron, recrystal and set up tones. Plus they are easy to reprogram and you can monitor up to 10 sets of tones on the channel, instead of up to 3 tone sets (that share a common tone) on a Plectron.wise871 said:All I can say is WOW. Do you have them all on at the same time? I'm sure you have a method for monitoring multiple radios. The other day my wife got on me and asked why I need 4 scanners. Now I can show her yours and she will back-off

What is the scanner/radio that is just under the fm radio in your car? I notice it has a black face. Looks lot more like radio then just a silver scanner like my pro-2096. Which I think I might paint black.
