Another shooting in Evansville Saturday morning.

I didn't hear the dispatch as to an address but the area was around Garvin and Sycamore. A black Altima was seen leaving the area westbound on Sycamore. Suspects described as 1 white male and 2 black males,1 with dreads.
Though not confirmed,the gang name of Cutthroat Mafia was brought up more than once.
Of course the weekend news slept through the scene.

We need to treat these gangs like they did back in the 20s and 30s. It is organized crime and should be treated as such.
