From Manual Mendez on the World of Radio reflector

ANTARCTICA, 15476usb, LRA 36, Radio Nacional Arcángel San Gabriel, Base Esperanza. The station staff announces via whatsapp that they will be on the air today Wednesday with a marathon program, 24 hours uninterrupted. I guess they will start at 1400 UTC, like other Wednesdays with its usual program.

Good stuff...

I'm on 15476 USB now (with a three element Yagi pointed south). 14:50 UTC -- Can't hear anything. Will listen through the day.

I did some Googling and see from another web site that the transmission is supposed to be this Saturday (Sept 21 from 13:00 to 14:15 UTC) Special Broadcast: LRA36, Radio Nacional – Arcángel San Gabriel, Antarctica

Will listen then too..

You might try using one of the Kiwis in the area - this station is a toughie to hear directly, or they may be off due to the weather. If there's an announcement I'll send it out...Mike

Like this video (posted 2021-09-15T17:25Z, taken 17:01Z I think) of LU4AA's KiwiSDR, which is hearing something fairly well now (18:44Z).

Yes using one of the Kiwi SDRs (or others if you know of any in Latin America) is going to be your best bet. My old friend Dan R just reported getting them on a Brazil Kiwi on World of Radio
