It really depends upon the frequencies you want to listen to. That is a copy of the Diamond RH77CA, you can get the diamond actually cheaper from http://www.universal-radio.com/CATALOG/scanants/2368.html
or http://www.rlham.com/cgi-bin/shop/modellookup.dbw?MODEL=RH77CA
If your mainly scanning between 100MHz and 500MHz it's an excellent antenna.
You can see them here on my 2 HAM Ht's

The Antenna Warehouse's price includes S&H so the **total** cost might be lower than the others. No judgement on either of the antennas btw.

Also saw what appears to be a RH77CA here:

And if you don't mind me asking, what antenna are you using on the scanners in your picture?

I'm mainly interested in the 450-460 MHz range but my surrounding communities and county sheriff also use 150-160 and 800MHz as well.

I find the RH7CA works very well on the 150 and 450 segments it's really doesn't do too well on 800.

Thx for the input. I should have looked a bit harder on the forums before posting here. I'll likely get the RH77CA.
