Antenna for BC250D for 450-470 UHF Band

I have poor reception in the 450-470 UHF Bands with the antenna that came on my BC250D scanner. Petersburg Police uses the 465 band and I cna not pick them up with the BC250D scanner. They are aproxx. 5 miles away. I do have very good reception in the 800 bands. Any suggestions on an antenna that would be good for both bands.

I can receive the 450-470 well with my analog scanner.
