Antenna ID needed.

I am positive I bought this new but that was a ton of antennas and a few bazillion brain cells ago.
It was damaged during Harvey and had been up for many years.
I am looking for a good 144 MHz antenna (which I am sure this is) and ether they are dual band junk (I want 100% of the attention giving to 2 meters and couldn't give a rats ass if it does 440) or they are real expensive ( I have a G7 somewhere but cannot find it boy have they gotten expensive)
Anywho I would like to repair it and it would be easier if I knew the brand and model.

Groud plane W/4 radials @ about 43°. A second set of radials on the vertical driven element.
Length looks to be below 30 MHz. N mount connector.
(Possibly dual band.)
