Try AkSarBen Amateur Radio club. I don't know anyone that does that kind of work. They may be able to get you pointed in the right direction.

You may try a two way radio shop. There are a couple in Omaha.

Thanks everyone. I used a great A/V tech where I moved from to help with projects like this. Unfortunately, everyone here just wants to mount a TV, plug-in a sound bar and charge $500.00 +.

If I was closer to Omaha I'd give you a hand on it I run a radio programming/installation company but I'm 3.5 hours west of ya lol. I'm sure a big shop is gonna want a lot of money to do that, but I'll reach out to a few contacts and see if I can't come up with a name of someone local that could help you

That's very kind of you. I (somehow) found two AV installers who are coming to look at my project later this week.
