Antenna mount for Larsen 150/450/800

What is the suggested (permanent/mag/trunk lip) mounts for the Larsen tri-band antenna? My BCT15 has a BNC antenna input. So I would like for the antenna to terminate into a BNC connector. (Instead of a PL259 with a BNC adapter)
