Antenna OASIS

I notice on the OASIS towers that there's only about 2-4 antennas. Does that mean 1 antenna can handle multiple radio/data traffic at once?

Yes.

On a trunked system like that, there is usually one antenna that is for receiving. It is fed to a receiver multicoupler that feeds all the repeater receivers.
A second antenna is used for transmit. Repeater transmitters are fed into a transmit combiner and out to one antenna.

Additional antennas may be spares or for other services.
