Hi. So i remounted my GP-3 comet to a j-mount on my 2nd floor patio. it goes above the roofline but is not perfectly perpendicular to the ground. So it is a couple of degrees off. Any issues? real? I didnt drill correctly on the j mount and pole. :(. In in a small town. mountains have the repeaters. The pole closest is the one that is off towards the roof a few degrees (not sure how many).

I agree with 'AAA'. I'm not sure I've ever seen a perfectly 'straight' vertical antenna. You can also use that 'tilt' as a very crude way of making a vertical antenna 'directional' (sort of directional!).
