Can anybody tell me how I can get an antenna PIN that broke off in a PRO-96 radio??

Tweezers.......or replace the bnc connector.
If it was a magnetic peice then you could try the ol' upside down scanner and magnet trick. Turn the radio upside down and try to coax it out with a magnet.
You wouldnt happen to have a set of lock pick tools would you? If so the key extractor can usually get a good grip and yank it right out. Done that once or twice for freinds and thier high end audio equipment.
