Antenna Question

I have a 2-story cape cod. On the rood is a mast with a TV antenna on it.

I would like to remove the TV antenna, keeping the mast and put a multiband scanner antenna on it.

Could somebody recomend an antenna for that? Also I don't do roofs. Who would I call to do that for me?

Point 1 get a discone, a good one. And don't forget the feedline get the good stuff also.
point 2 with the onset of HDTV off the air, there will be more TV antennas going up, again check the yellow pages for your town for antenna installers.
