antenna question

hey all,

does anyone know anything about or have used a base scanner antenna called the WBV-60? I came across it on the scanner master web site. Was just wondering if anyone has any information on it or actually has one of these up. Want to know how it performs. I currently have a Diamond D-130J discone up and want to find something else. Any help and or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
