Yes. As long as the antenna you are connecting to the 325P2 has a BNC connector or you have adapters that allow other types of connectorS. But that’s only half the battle… the antenna will play, any antenna will play, but how well it plays depends on if the antenna is matched (resonate) on the band you care to listen to. The 325P2 is a multi-band radio, so a multi-band antenna is called for. But it doesn’t need to be a multi-band antenna if you only listen to one or two bands. A single band or dual band antenna might perform better, depending on which bands you care to listen to (and if they make one).

I have 2 325P2 scanners , one I use a RS 800mgz 700-800 rubber duck for the Illinois Starcom Digital system , the other a old Uniden VHF-UHF for DMR and NXDN because that's basically there band and it still does well on 700mgz....
