Hi can eany one help me understand is this setup is good for P25 phase 2
Its trunking normal but I think it's can be improved.
Setup 2x V3 dongles
2x nagoya NA-771 (VHF UHF)
and for testing purposes 2x Tp link 2,4 ghz

I think it may be too much antenna, and you would be good using the 2.4 antennas, a miss match like that will cause the antenna to resonate at a (lower mhz) band,

What frequency are you trying to monitor? Use an antenna for that frequency with a proper 75 ohm splitter cabled to each dongle or use two antennas with one connected to each dongle. Using multiple antennas with a "T" connector and not a splitter will mismatch your impedance. Keep it simple..

Id run the different aerials thru a TV rf splitter / combiner. You know, the type with 'F' connectors. You will get roughly -3dB of attenuation per port, but it will be vastly better than what you have there RF wise i'd say...

Ah, yea, ~-3dB or 3dB of attenuation per port. Mr. slicerwizard is correct. Well, I was only 6dB out !
