Antenna suggestions

Using an SDS100 and have a Remtronix antenna currently. I can pick up my local Topaz P25 Phase 1 system no problem. I'm hoping to also pickup my local Rural Metro system and having problems. Frequencies are below. Suggestions on an antennas that could pickup both? Possibly the one below?

These are VHF analog? Not going to have much with a Remtronix as they're tuned primarily for 700 to 900. I use one of these telescopics and get nice results on VHF. Plus it's fully collapsible for easy storage
