Antenna Update

I added another 5ft of ht to my modified rs mag mount...putting it up at about 18ft....and though I still couldn't hear a cruiser if it was parked in my driveway, I am pulling in the MSP dispatchers from Hagerstown and Glen Burnie :lol:

you have a serious problem...

Just build a dipole for 39.5 mhz (roughly 5.9') each element. Hang it off a high branch of a tree verticaly.
