does anyone know about a radioshack vhf-hi/uhf antenna the reason i'm asking my radioshack pl-259 goes in further than the one i bought at a electronic store i had a rg-59 with a radioshack pl-259 worked good & i tried my 3ft cable & worked good now i got a rg58 with a different pl-259

Sounds like you have a 20-176 antenna. On this antenna you use a PL to "F" adaptor and use RG-59 or RG-6. You should know that RG-58 is not rated above 600 MHz as well as the PL259. For more info on this Email me direct: larryscan@charter.net
