That antenna may be a very good mobile antenna but it uses 12 feet of RG-174 coax. If I'm not mistaken, that stuff has a loss of around 24 db per 100 ft at 750 MHz. That's worse than RG-58 at about 13 db per 100 ft at 750 MHz. You would end up loosing half of the signal in the 12 foot of feed line. Unless you need the thinner coax, go with RG-58 or even RG-8X.
