Antenna ?

Buried in the auction, he states that he tied two antennas together (pictured in the photo), but that the auction is for one antenna.

I'm not inclined to think it's anything more than a 3 element UHF yagi.

There was an extensive thread about this antenna. Search around and you'll find it. It had a ton of info and opinion on this exact antenna.

I got 2 of these same antennas, they are mounted on square pvc, constructed very well. If you want something small and easy to install these will do the job.

I'm getting 60+ miles. These do rather well in the 155.+/- and even in the 44+/- freqs. area (state police) not in the 800 trunk system.

After my thread below, my final setup is one at the top of my 15 foot mast, next one half was down, matching 75 Ohm coax(s) to a "T" connector, then one 50 Ohm coax line to my scanner. both pointed in same direction with a small tv rotor.
