What are some good outdoor antennas that are not expensive and would be quite good for a PRO-95? I was thinking of possibly getting a dicone antenna though the Police Call book did rave too much about it.

It all depends on what bands you want to listen to.

In general a discone is about the best wide-band antenna for the money.

Your cable is probabaly more critical than the antanna.
