Anti-Monitoring Article in the LVRJ

This article appeared in today's Las Vegas Review Journal paper edition but could not be found online at the LVRJ website so here it is from another newspaper. Wonder if any of the local law enforcement agencies will issue comments about this topic.

Of course Metro and their PPA stooges don't want folks monitoring them. Makes it harder to expose their shenanigans when they have to worry about the public listening in on them. That's the main reason behind their "Open Sky" fiasco.
