Anuybody know the Lakeside freq??

Hello, all!
Can anyone help me out with a few frequencies? I was wondering if there was anybody out there who knew the Lakeside Packers freq and what freq's the visiting RCMP from all over K Division are using. If there is someone who can heklp me out, please email these freqs to me.

Rob: Hey, thanks a lot! I knew the one freq Lakeside was using, but so did the rest of the picket line so mixed messages were coming across. I'm covering the strike down here and knowing where things are going to happen is a real plus! Thanks again! really appreciate it!

Jay: It's not as bad as the viscious media makes it out to be! I think our paper is the only one that is revealign the peaceful aspects of the strike! Don't get me wrong, there are some pretty awful things going on here, and especially in what still remains a small town where neighbours and friends are on opposite sides of the line, but overall it's the top dogs that are duking it out and blaming it on the workers.

Never underestimate the power of communications intelligence and deception...

My advice, have a BC246 or 396 near the line and have the close call feature on when a bus or truck tries to cross, and then see if it picks up any other (the real) frequencies. My experience with most of these large labour actions is that the first thing they will do is bring in "specialist" labour action trained security to assist the local security operators and 90% of the time these guys will be using Nextel or Mike for communications. Having been on the other side (security) a few times, the labour action operators they bring in from Wackenhut in the US for example used to bring their own encrypted comms gear and do a TSCM sweep of their work area every 12 hours. These guys know what they are doing, and since Tyson foods is footing the bill, I can only imagine who they have contracted out to for this strike. Keep an eye out for them, they are usually pretty easy to spot as they like to go overboard and dress way too flashy with lots of Blackhawk gear and such.

Wackenhut used to have a Calgary based office, but it was far from resembling one of their uber-professional US outfits. I don't even know if it's in business any more.

I don't recall seeing which security was on the news broadcasts, but I wouldn't be surprised if the guys with the day-glo yellow jackets, the RCMP wannabes (Paladin perhaps?) were involved. They seem to be the biggest, most noticeable group visually in Calgary and area these days.

If it is a Calgary-based outfit, most of the security comms seem to be on LTR trunks, so they would have to use something else out in Brooks. Besides getting near to a bus or a security guy, see if you can spot a small semi-trailer with a mast somewhere on the grounds. The phone companies make these things they call COWs (Cell On Wheels) - completely self-contained cell sites on a 30-foot or shorter semi-trailer - and I'm sure a comms company would have no problem adapting one for regular comms use.
