Any chance problem reports can also go to alternate email?

Up/down reports can get abbreviated messages sent to an alternate email, any chance of enabling that for problem reports as well? Or at least a simple "Someone has reported a problem" message for the alternate email?

I love the fact that up/down notifications can get sent to my phone's text address, but when i'm in the field and dont have access to most of my email, i completely missed two audio problem reports that i could have resolved sooner had I known about them.
