this morning/afternoon i heard the callsign "maverick" over 123.100. i heard misc. chatter. the only thing that i could decipher was what i think was a helo. telling another aircraft that he would lift off to the west, and then changet it to the east. i'm in coastal nj. i usually listen to this fq. for nypd helicopters, but know that is a nationwide common for search and rescue <sar>. any help with info. would be appreciated.
