Any idea what this antenna array is for?

Travelling with the family and doing some infrastructure spotting along the way.

Visited Mount Condobolas near Orange which has a bunch of towers. All the usual stuff up there - TV, FM radio, NSW PSN, microwave links and even some air services stuff.

But the tower below had me confused.

They sort of look like microwave drums but the way they’re configured looks like they’re trying to get coverage of the area, not point to point comms like a microwave link would. They also don’t look like any mobile phone antennae I’ve ever seen.

Any idea what this could be for?

Also tried looking on the ACMA website but couldn’t link them to a specific licence - difficult as there is so much stuff up there and each “site” on the website doesn’t directly refer to a specific tower as far as I can tell.

Any insights or expertise would be appreciated!

The larger antenna array looks like a cavity back resonator array with radomes, similar to this:
Looking at the ACMA site, looks like there are several FM broadcasters up there, at least 4 appear to share a site so that could be some sort of master FM antenna.
