Does anyone know of an installer that could recommend a proper antenna setup and then perform a clean professional installation for a residential home? I peaked around on Google and Craiglist and coming up short. These are for monitoring low band CHP radios.

I would look into a local ham club... lots of retired folks to help you...
You could also try a local TV / HD Antenna installer , CHP only would be a easy setup.... good luck
