Any know issues with ISP Lowell System???

I've loaded my BCD996T with the RR system for ISP Lowell using FreeScan but I never receive anything. Occasionally I do get traffic on the Lake County Simulcast.

Are there any known issues with the system as loaded from the database?

Anything else I should be looking at?

Anyone have a working configuration they'd be willing to share?

I tried to attach a file but it keeps giving me a file error.
