Has anyone heard traffic from the planes based at Harrisburg Airport 193rd SOG? If so what freq.?

Callsign is Baton for the 193rd. You can hear them arriving and departing on Harrisburg ATC channels. 395.100 (AM) used to be their ops frequency. A quick check in the MD milair thread referenced above should show if that is still the ops freq. I have not listened to it in a while as the memory got wiped in my milair scanner and I have not bothered to spend the time reprogramming yet.

That is still a good freq. I have heard them calling the CP on it in the past month or so.

So I was wondering if there is any Mil-air in PA worth picking up? Any NORAD, Combat Air Patrol ?

You should be able to hear these in your area too-

MD ANG a-10's A/A 266.600, 271.400, 293.200, 139.600, 142.300

They get refueled in the DUKE MOA usually on 301.600, 259.400 and 314.200

I can pick them up on Cleveland Center 353.850

They spend time in the R-5802 airspace
