Is there any EDACS systems that have digital talk groups? Is their any DMR systems in use? Have you checked the database?

Yes to DMR. There's lots of DMR/Motorbo around the Philadelphia-South Jersey area and there will be more to come. Lots of business and attractions use it, and some fire and beach patrol use down the shore as well. At least it has a future.
No to ProVoice. There are only two nearby EDACS systems, DRPA (Port Authority) and Atlantic County.
And Atlantic is in the process of switching to a P25 Phase 2 system. The EDACS system is due to go silent sometime this summer. As for Port Authority, I think the Bridge Police talkgroups are encrypted anyway.
It doesn't seem to be worth $50.00.
