Has anyone seen or heard any new facts/ rumours about the new system going into waterbury? Have the bid specs even gone out yet. Hopefully they dont mess this up like most other things, by letting the grant expire without doing anything.

i heard open sky or motorola trunked digital?...i dont know, you might want to google it and see if there are any older newspaper clips?
I have read the older articles. Didnt know if anything new as been going through the mill. I had last heard mot p25 system but we shall see.
