I went to Batteries Plus and they rebuilt my pack with NiMH cells for a small fraction of the cost of a new pack. They would be able to oreder you a pack if needed. If you still have the old pack, it can be taken apart and the cells replaced. I would highly reccomend them if they have a store near you. I have dealt with them for personal ham batteries as well as batteries for public safety equipment. Their site is http://www.batteriesplus.com

http://www.primecell.com/pcstu.htm has a listing for the BC200XLT. They may be doing a rebuild of your existing battery pack with new cells. You'll have to contact them to see if it is necessary to send in your old battery pack.

when I had my BC205 (seemingly the same radio), I rebuilt my own pack. Bought some replacement NI-Cads and opened the pack, saw how they were connected and soldered the new batteries in the same manner. Worked like a champ.
