Good Question! I never even thought of that point! I doubt they will give the news media radios. As far as the news media having the right to recieve info...I think they will just say, well hold a news conference at noon! or something along those lines. OR perhaps they will have a leaison officer who will communicate with the press and keep them up to speed, after the fact, of course.
