I had a hairbrained idea to send my BTConfig PC audio out through Zello. I had intended to use VOX on the Zello client in conjunction with VB Cable as the audio input.

I have done this successfully with DSDPlus fastlane in the past, but wasn't able to get BTT audio through to Zello. Has anyone else had success with VB Cable and BTConfig? I prefer Zello for private streams, but open to other low latency options that don't require a whole lot of firewall config.

Using that exact setup and it works fine for me. Did you remember to change the output device in the BT software?

I haven't update my firmware in a while. I'll try out the newest one and see if that makes any difference.

I use it and it works good. I'm using the current stable firmware.

I'll add to the 'it works' side of the house.
I do get one quirk but don't know where its from. Over night the feed stops sending, as soon as I log into VNC to look it starts again. The screen looks normal when look at it and usually there appears to have been traffic. I think its a broadcastify client issue but not sure,. I'll trouble shoot in a month when I get down there.

This is Broward County feeding through it

In a month or so I'm going to add the Virt A-B and put a second feed up.

I was going to suggest that but thought 'if it's working with dsd it must not be muted' haha. Glad you got it going.
