Any VHF/UHF in Southern Anoka county Area

Nothing in Minneapolis or St Paul for police or fire, but most everywhere else still broadcasts their fire mains on VHF. For example, Anoka County on 154.280 and Hennepin County on 154.385.
You might still find some public works type stuff on VHF, although a lot of that has moved to ARMER. There's also rail, aircraft, Ham Radio, and a lot of private businesses using VHF/UHF. A lot of business use leased radios on systems like Ancom, which are trunked but not digital.
