Any word on Lawrence / Mercer County P25?

I just know that Lawrence seems to have switched to PL25 Phase II.

ICORRS (Inter County Regional Radio System) for Lawrence.
Any ideas as to what is encrypted and what is not?

I'm pretty sure Mercer switched to something too, to as they do not appear to be analog either anymore?

I am thinking about buying a Phase II capable scanner, but I don't know if it would be worth it here in New Wilmington if most everything is encrypted?
