Any word on the Kalamazoo MPSCS upgrades?

I'm just checking in to see if anyone knows how far they've come with the upgrades. I've maybe noticed a slight difference in reception, but it could be due to the fact that the weather around here is clearing up. Does anyone know of a site that posts the progress of the upgrades or where I could go to see how well everything's coming along? Thanks!

In early March the city voted to spend $500,000 to add a signal
repeater to a tower at Oakland and Howard St. and upgrade the
Plainwell and Vicksburg towers. Said about 3 months for the
upgrades to be completed.

Yeah, that was the inital notice for it. I was wondering if anything has happened since then, though. Is there any way to find out in what order they'll be completing the upgrades? I'm still noticing a fair amount of better reception through all of my control channel frequencies. I was thinking maybe that they had already completed some work on the towers. I'm still not sure if the one that was supposed to go up at the KPS station on Howard is up yet.
