Anybody aware of anything in W KY, maybe SE IN or SW OH?

Over the last couple of hours, I've seen at least four medical helicopters traveling from SW to NE from the IL/KY border area.

I know one was PHI (yellow/black), but I couldn't see the others clear enough.

Maybe a drill somewhere? Training session?
